Strength & Stretch
This streamlined, core-centred strength and stretch class uses ballet floor barre exercises, core strengthening techniques from the Pilates, Yoga and fitness systems. Specific-focus muscle training, and deep stretching to form a complete body workout. For the dancer or athlete looking for greater strength, flexibility, and alignment, or just anybody who wants an intense and creative workout.
